Julia Smuts Louw
Julia is a screenwriter, script consultant and creative producer with a background in kids’ content and multi-platform marketing. She wrote on the Annie-winning short, Aau’s Song, and the Emmy-winning The Smeds and the Smoos, which also won the Prix Jeunesse and the Japan Prize. Other projects have garnered awards at Banff, New York Film Festival, and the WGSA Muse Awards. She also hosts the Animation SA podcast.
Daniel Snaddon
Daniel is a director and story-boarder with many accolades to his name, including the double-Bafta-winning BBC Christmas Special The Snail and the Whale, the Emmy-winning Zog, and the Emmy-winning The Smeds and the Smoos. He is also the founder of The Cape Town International Animation Festival.
